New England Cellars is a family-owned and operated wine distributor rooted in passion, integrity, and connection. We operate in both Vermont and Connecticut and remain committed to the values that define us: quality, authenticity, and personal relationships. Our small team works closely across generations to bring our mission to life.
We specialize in artisan wines from small, independent producers across Italy, France, Argentina, and soon Spain. These wines are made with care, tradition, and sustainability by families who share our dedication to craftsmanship and story.

Jamie Rogers
CEO & Partner
Jamie is a seasoned professional in the realm of wine and spirits, with a WSET Level 2 certification and a career that began managing upscale restaurants throughout New England. He has worked across multiple tiers of the industry, including wineries, importers, distributors, and as a trusted buyer for well-regarded retail shops. Jamie is passionate about education and takes pride in expanding people’s palates through thoughtfully curated wine dinners and engaging tasting events. His vision for New England Cellars is to champion small-production, sustainably made wines that reflect a true sense of place. Jamie values authenticity, connection, and building lasting programs with our partners. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and traveling to explore new cultures and cuisines.
Will Rogers
Managing Partner
Will brings a diverse background in wine, marketing, and media to New England Cellars. Before joining the business, he led Operations and Account Management at a boutique marketing agency specializing in wine and spirits, working with brands like Terlato Wines, Gonzalez Byass, and CVNE on national campaigns, events, and digital strategy. He also spent over 25 years leading business development teams at Time Inc., Hearst, and Forbes, and later ran his own consultancy advising media clients on growth strategy. Will’s vision for New England Cellars is to connect local communities with soulful, small-production wines that carry a sense of place and purpose. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and discovering wines with stories worth sharing.
Meg Battin
President & Partner
Meg is an entrepreneur with over thirty years' of experience in environmental science, risk management, and consulting. Meg's passion, science based background rooted in horticulture and plant pathology and successes in business operations that focus on customer service and the environment align perfectly with New England Cellars' Mission. Meg's object is to foster a genuine appreciation of these exceptional offerings in Vermont communities that capture the reverence and admiration bestowed upon them by the dedicated vintners responsible for their creation. She also looks forward to partnering in a family business, teaching her son the intricacies of operations, and leaving a bit of her heart and soul in the portfolio offerings. Her other passions include cycling, skiing and volunteering as a National Ski Patroller, and hiking with friends and family.
Liam Rogers
COO & Partner
Liam is a versatile and passionate creative professional with a background that bridges culinary arts, marketing, and design. Before joining New England Cellars, he worked as a Chef and Marketing Manager in the food and wine industry, where he developed a deep appreciation for storytelling, brand building, and sensory experience. Liam brings expertise in Commercial Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, and strategic marketing, using these tools to elevate artisan wines and connect producers with consumers in meaningful ways. His vision for New England Cellars is to construct a pathway that spans from our vintners to the very heart of your table, igniting a captivating journey of flavors and experiences. Outside of work, Liam enjoys cooking, traveling, design culture, and exploring food and wine destinations.
